This site contains information about the eDCI project. The project's goal is to create HL7 V3 messages for transmitting metadata and data about clinical trials between applications.

Project Documents

gForge instructions - all project artifacts are maintained in a gForge collaborative development environment for the BRIDG project (http://www.bridgproject.org/projects/bridg/). This dcument tells how to get an account in this environment.

Model evolution. This document reports on changes made to the models, and why they were made. It also keeps track of suggested and pending changes. After v 1.4, reports on differences between states of the model can be seen in various inter-version difference files below.

Representation of eDCI as HL7 messages

RMIM development

The project will create HL7 RMIMs for each message, and from them, XML Schemas defining the message specification. The first message specification will be for the DCI definition.
